I am extremely passionate about cybersecurity and cyber education (at every level), as well as working in IT related fields.I am a recognised local and international cyber security conference speaker, and I am published in 2 separate industry publications.I recently completed working for Mimecast as a Technical Support Engineer (email security & cyber awareness specialist).I was previously working at Tabcorp as a Security Operations Analyst, prior to that I was at Wymac Gaming Solutions as a Service & Support Technician, SPS Commerce as a Tier 2 Support Analyst, Ingenico as a Technical Support Officer and I also have at least 4 years of level 1&2 remote and phone technical support with MYOB (for which I can provide referral letter) where I also became the VMWare image builder/maintenance contract for the whole AD Team.I have always had a passion for IT for as long as I can remember, for example, under a recent employer I applied for various roles and only missed out due to not having my ITIL certification, so I went out on my own time and at my own experience to enrol and complete my ITIL V3 certification (which I recently updated to the ITIL V4).I have recently completed studying Cert IV in Cyber Security at Holmesglen Institute of TAFE, in which I have also completed my CCNA level 1 certification & my Fortinet NSE level 1 &2.I learn new skills quickly and I can adapt to any new situation.
