I’m a successful Sales Manager with 20+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry. My experience encompasses merchandising, sales, marketing, key account management, and managing a team. I've been very successful at growing brands while working with City Bread, Red Bull, Monster Energy and Coca-Cola Refreshments.In my current role as Director of Sales at City Bread I manage the overall business functions across Canada. I oversee both independent and national key account contracts on both the retail and foodservice side. I have successfully grown the City Bread brand for four straight years in retail, at almost every account our products are sold. I’ve added a handful of new regional and national partners on the food service side in my time with the company. All while managing multiple daily tasks and ensuring my sales, merchandising, and office team are motivated and driven to also succeed. At Monster Energy I led the Trade Development Manager (TDM) team, alongside managing a partnership with the twenty plus Coca-Cola Refreshment (CCR) sales and distribution teams throughout Western Canada. I was able to not only manage these teams, but was also part of Western Canada's marketing plans, key account programs and initiatives, key account consultation, and I created and led various team projects, that all contributed to the growth of the Monster Energy brand.As an Account Manager II with Coca Cola Refreshments I was in charge of a wide variety of tasks, including coaching and mentoring the entire Manitoba/NWO sales teams, consulting key customers on the beverage category within their store(s), and leading sales team projects such as shrinkage control, minimum order productivity, and the RED Store Scorecard.Colleagues know me as a very competitive individual who always strives to achieve execution in the field that exceeds the competition.
