Led the development of the first wearable technology aimed specifically at swimming. Our new technology will automatically collect numerous swim statistics and splits (HR data, DPS, hand acceleration, stroke rate, etc) and display the information live. All information is stored in our team management software allowing you to run detailed data analytics on your swimmers in real time and after practice.

I worked on several projects including polymerization of VF in Ionic Solutions, Synthesis of Bio-based Plasticizers and the conversion of biomass to high-value chemicals and intermediates. Outside the lab, I led the design and implementation of a new electronic Process Hazards Analysis (ePHA) safety documentation system.

I woke up insanely early to Coach a bad ass group of masters swimmers and triathletes.

Conducted research on the synthesis of small molecule DNA ligase inhibitors. I standardized many novel syntheses and developed a new FRET based assay to quantify percent ligation in my reactions.
