At Clear & Freshwater, it is not only our passion to identify commercially innovative ways to provide alkaline and healthy drinking water or develop solutions to remedy serious water filtration and consumption concerns- it is our personal obligation. Clear & Freshwater also provides logistical marketing materials for small and large corporate clients, private clients, non-profit organizations and others. My role involves researching and developing strategic game-plans that involve providing quality water/marketing services to ideal customers. I also assist our business oversight committee with identifying and/or creating new opportunities to up-scale our current operations so that they may result in significant business growth.

Initially, this employment opportunity was structured as an internship that involved working within some business aspects of the firm. My roles and responsibilities were within the Human Resources and Client Relations departments.Upon the conclusion of the internship, due to my quality performance, established relationships, and recommendations from some firm partners, the internship evolved into a guaranteed full-time position after I graduated with my undergraduate degree.When I rejoined the firm full-time, my new role became a legal projects and professional development assistant. My responsibilities included:-Scrutinizing immigration documents for language errors and other issues and reported findings to attorney/paralegal -Assisting the Pro Bono team by analyzing their case database to determine the status of the firm’s Pro Bono matters -Assisting co-managing partner with creating fact timelines and review of critical documents to develop litigation strategies-Conducting multi-state statutory research to provide attorneys with a knowledge base to advise clients on Solar Siting rules

In this collegiate leadership role, my responsibility was to encourage political, legal, and social awareness throughout the entire Fisk University campus and neighboring community. I also oversaw the internal operations of our organization and the events and affairs that Political Science club members developed or collaborated with.

-Analyzed financial, demographic and individual background data using our “Ace” Case Data Management System-Reviewed financial reports and other relevant information regarding clients who were BMO mortgage owners-Assisted with fraudulent activity investigations & helped conduct account research on isolated retail banking customers-Assisted Managing Supervisors of BMO’s "high-priority" case load using the “ACE” Case Data Management System

-Assisted an attorney by conducting research & drafting preliminary briefs-Teamed with a paralegal to help assess business contracts & agreements and report findings to lead attorney-Aided a paralegal by reviewing corporate bylaws, articles of incorporation etc. to ensure documents were updated-Assisted a legal and medical team by creating a database used to identify patients who were likely affected by a recent medical malpractice procedure
