At onset of tenure as Vice President in Q1 2016, developed and implemented in-house quotation system to decrease client wait times and oversaw an 82% increase in sales from FY2016-FY2022 and through strict budgetary measures and the hard work of our staff oversaw a 2,365.99% total growth in revenue with a revenue growth rate of 58.07%. Instituted several aggressive cost cutting measures and short term advertising and targeted social media marketing campaigns highlighting discounted service rates and saw a ~40% increase in business traffic in local metropolitan areas resulting in significant return business including government, commercial, and agricultural clients. Generated significant word of mouth business from existing clients by providing a higher level of service than local counterparts at a lower cost basis; achieved by limiting overhead and a robust supply chain with an expansive portfolio of design options and price points.Overseeing daily operations of overhead door company consisting of full time employees and numerous subcontractors. Tasked with meeting with prospective clients, calculating project estimate for commercial & residential clients, scheduling projects, procurement of goods for inventory stock and client projects, & overseeing/assisting with project completion.Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, completing employee payroll and tax payments, expensing materials, & maintaining a balanced budget to meet operational demands. Additional duties include meeting with and negotiating pricing with suppliers and conducting marketing to expand the businesses footprint within the local market. Other duties include field service work including general service and repair using hand and power tools when necessary to maintain smooth flow of service.Due to family and other considerations, the decision was made to close the business at end of 2022.
