Lorenzos is a small upscale restaurant in the southeast quad of Indianapolis, Indiana. The menu consists of traditional scratch made Tuscan staples, with many fine wines to choose from. Ingredients are from local vendors and are use throughout the menu and intertwined between dishes. It has a very cozy feel for being in the heart of the downtown restaurant strip. Business is doing well through spring and this beginning summer.

As Grill Cook at Carrabbas it was my duty to cook over a dozen menu items including seafood, filets, sirloins, and chicken. Before each shift minimal pepping was needed as in many corporate restaurants with the same volume of business. After the the rush and before closing all the way the grill stationw as to be cleaned every night including the ventilation hoods the low boys coolers, and the grill grates. Then all of the closing line cooks swept, scrubbed, sprayed, and squeegeed the entire kitchen.
