I achieve this through effective planning (MS Project), regular one-to-one and group meetings, also by implementing Prince2 and Agile techniques, principles and processes.CS Admin: Coordinating HR and Information Security departments to ensure current and new employees have the correct access settings within internal database environments.

Graduate project engineer.After recent training, currently implementing the Prince2 methodology onto onsite capex projects.Projects worked on previously:- Computerised maintenance management system installation: Maximo software. Appointed sales and product engineer on temporary three month contract.Dealing with incoming enquiries and providing technical knowledge and assistance on Dunlop's low pressure hose and couplings product range.Working between internal departments in helping set up new customer accounts, organising packing and delivery for new orders, and liaising with sales managers in establishing suitable inter-company margins.Left position due to being offered a permanent role.

Duties included providing quotations and technical proposals of offshore drilling equipment to customers within the oil industry, as well as involvement within the design and management phases of manifold projects; duties could include working directly with customers and my own superiors to meet project requirements as well as recording and maintaining product/project documentation before deadline.It was also my responsibility to remain up to date with all product standards and specifications, aiding customers and internal Forum clients in identifying a suitable product from Forum's specialist range.

Trial period as commercial engineer:Duties included chasing outstanding orders and payments, generating enquiries and interacting with customers over the phone. Duties also included maintaining supplier spreadsheets and updating several filing systems.Offered multiple roles however I turned down the offers to return to education and finish my studies.
