Kyle Zech is the Senior Vice President of Advanced Manufacturing at Kinematics. He leads the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies, systems, and processes both in the US and overseas.Under Kyle’s leadership, Kinematics has maintained a consistent workforce size while achieving a tenfold increase in annual production volumes. He and his team have accomplished this by reducing cycle time by 86% while improving product quality by 4 levels (AGMA). It is this focus on manufacturing excellence that has led to over 2 million Kinematics units in the field. Kyle credits his focus on manufacturing excellence to earlier roles in his career. In those roles, Kyle used his technical problem-solving to build trust with customers, which forged in him the importance of keeping the customer’s needs in focus. Committed to innovation and always challenging the status quo, Kyle is named on several Kinematics manufacturing technology patents. He and his team refuse to settle for “good enough,” as they break manufacturing boundaries, they keep the customer in mind, never forgetting the partners who are trusting them for reliable and integrated solutions.
