-Perform Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and create short term treatment plans for youth with serious emotional and behavior challenges. -Record and track progress through quantitative and qualitative monthly reports based on the client’s engagement in target behaviors and use of replacement behaviors. -Provide coaching to caregivers to ensure sustainability of client's progress and help maintain the client’s long term success. -Facilitate treatment team meetings involving caregivers and other treatment team members, social workers, therapists, and teachers to help ensure the best outcome for the client and the family. -Collect, code, and input qualitative and quantitative data for a study in collaboration with the juvenile probation department. . -Attend client treatment reviews and use quantitative data to track intervention and program efficacy.
