System/Court Process Analyst
-Provide onsite and remote support for counties as they implement and use Odyssey.-Lead end-user training sessions for a variety of Judicial Branch users.-Provide advanced support of various Odyssey products to all North Carolina Judicial Branch members. -Develop supporting business processes configuration.-Serve as a liaison between clients (internal and external), eCourts Project Management Office, and the Business Analysis and Process Management Division.-Facilitate work group discussions that result in recommendations to the NCAOC leadership for standard processes that will provide the foundation for legally-sound process workflows, forms, rules of recordkeeping, and recommended statutory changes necessary to achieve the vision of a courthouse of the future – including extensive on-line service options.-Within project guidelines, lead, research, and document standard business decisions regarding the configuration of various Odyssey products. -Assist in all roles of configuring, implementing, and supporting the suite of Odyssey products.-Configuration of the system includes creating forms within the applications, including tokenization. -Participating in data conversion activities between legacy systems and eCourts applications.-Testing eCourts application functionality.-Prepare, communicate, and deliver configuration, support, and training of changes to Odyssey products as needed to comply with legislative changes.
