Current• Oversee a Technician and Instructional Support Specialist to provide L1, L2, and L3 support to manage system issues and ensure 24/7 operational performance and availability.• Responsible for creating a spending plan with a $340k budget for software and hardware; Conduct monthly stakeholder committee meetings to form IT goals, SOPs and timelines to align their vision with the budget.• Design and oversee a small LAN composed of 23 Cisco Switches, 2 routers, and 108 access points.• Set up 1,600 student and staff devices/workstations and conducted high-level end user training as needed, explaining device usage and maintenance in non-technical terms.• Leverage the NIST Cyber Security Framework to identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover from cyberattacks; Conduct research/benchmarking to improve preventative measures.• Conduct 100+ assessments of threats and vulnerabilities annually; Determine deviations from acceptable configurations, enterprise, or policy; Assesses and communicate the level of risk.• Develop and maintain IT project plans, project expectations, and communications to manage network infrastructures by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables to support business goals.
