Account Manager, Creative Excellence
In my current role, I serve as a key account leader for several clients across multiple industries. I lead multiple end-to-end projects at a time while guiding and supporting clients in their creative development process. This means creating proposals, identifying research objectives, finding the right solutions for client needs, overseeing the research, and creating a holistic final analysis that shares actionable insights. I also train and onboard new Creative Excellence employees as well as support several internal teams and projects to ensure that Ipsos provides the best client experience with current and relevant advertising learnings along with efficient research experiences.
Market Research Assistant
In this role, I support the Intelligence team by programming surveys for both external and internal customers, analyzing data, and contributing to the creation and distribution of reports. I manage monthly advertisement studies for seven manufacturing publications and support the fielding of our many quantitative and qualitative surveys.
Clinical Service Provider
I began as a full time counseling intern in January of 2021 and was hired on as a full time employee in June of 2021 where I held a caseload of over 50 clients. In addition to seeing clients at least 35 hours of the week, I communicated with Children's Services caseworkers, juvenile and adult probation officers, and parole officers to obtain collateral information and discuss client progress. Additionally, I worked alongside medical professionals and social work professionals to determine the best treatment model for each client's needs.
Graduate Assistant
As part of my graduate assistantship, I help to facilitate undergraduate courses in UC's substance use counseling program. These courses are introductory to the undergraduate substance use counseling program and in addition to reviewing and grading assignments of about 32 students a semester, I connect with students to answer any questions regarding the course or elaborate on course content.
Shift Supervisor
As a shift supervisor, I held many responsibilities which included shift management, promoting barista growth, money management, inventory and delegating tasks to ensure efficiency and connection with customers. In this role, I was able to learn a lot about working through professional conflict, encouraging peers, and engaging with customers from a managerial perspective. I grew in my communication skills and learned a lot about working in a team and encouraging others to pursue their goals by promoting personal and professional growth.
Barista Trainer
As a Starbucks partner, I learned a lot about the ethical sourcing of coffee, the efficient models Starbucks uses to ensure quality and consistent cups of coffee, as well as how to make countless recipes for specialty coffee. As a barista trainer, I had the opportunity to impart all of this knowledge on new partners and provide the space for them to practice, learn and feel comfortable in their new role. I was also able to promote the Starbucks vision of connection and I helped my store become a "third-place" that had one of the highest customer connection ratings in the district.
Shift Lead
As part of my first real job, I learned how to connect with customers, manage time efficiently between greeting customers, serving food, and cleaning the front and back of house. I was moved to shift lead after a few months where I learned cash management and learned to cook over 40 recipes for various grilled cheese sandwiches, soups and salads.
