Kyle played an integral part in the launch of the Snoop Youth Football League in Colorado. Working directly with Wadood, commissioner of the SYFL, Kyle helped plan and launch the league for underprivileged youth in Colorado. While with the SYFL, Kyle had the privilege of working alongside NFL stars like Ronnie Hillman, DeAnthony Thomas, and Nathan Palmer.

Kyle oversaw multiple cannabis construction projects from the ground up, coordinated with client, sub-contractors, and employees on job site to meet project goals on time, submitted general construction and cannabis specific proposals/ bids for potential clients, analyzed and resolved field construction issues, traveled frequently.
