- Conduct extensive research utilizing database reporting and Excel (Pivot tables, excel functions, etc.) for external partnership and inventory discrepancies/processes (Cycle counting) up and down the supply chain stream- Promoted and proposed my idea to the BBW Transportation and Logistics team that was adopted and accepted across their internal DC network for when to schedule static, outbound lanes and emergent, add-on lanes. This assisted the BBW Logistics Support Specialist distinguish between the two types of lanes when tendering out shipments week-to-week- Adjusted and created a template for scheduling outbounds to enhance efficiency and accuracy for any user scheduling outbound lanes. This also decreased this process time by approximately 20-30%- Schedule outbound lanes to numerous RFC sites per the static schedule from the BBW Transportation Team. Created a template and process to make this process as seamless and efficient as possible for others to utilize in my absence- Communicate in a prompt and quick fashion with carriers for deliveries and shipping to adhere to abrupt, constant changes logistically i.e. Delayed appointments, carrier recovery, etc.- Assigned to train onboarding employees within the RDC account generic processes and system utilization. Engaged in taking initiative to research and learn new/old systems to pass on to others to succeed in their day-to-day operations

- Created the “Vista Daily Status Report” that is utilized at both Vista Columbus sites that facilitates numerous ad/hoc reporting and metrics to our partner for our daily meeting/call to increase transparency and cohesion in the day-to-day operations i.e. Inventory & PO Issue Logging- Coordinate process change with the RDC Manager to acquire oversight of banding SKUs that equates to shipping 40-50% more of the Bath & Body Works product. This gained control of sending out priority banding SKUs to the banding team utilizing FIFO (Oldest dates), Hot call-outs from daily calls with the BBW team, and other forms of priorities for certain sales i.e. Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual sales, Mother’s Day sales, etc.- Streamlined day-to-day processes to promote quality over speed, then speed will follow suit. Created a labeling strategy utilized in the receiving process to distinguish between banding and non-banding SKUs as an identifier for associates to correctly pull product- Create and process inbound shipments in a system to optimize product is put away in a timely manner amongst the associate team on the production floor. Con-currently track and organize each and every inbound shipment in the appropriate status in BBWD's Data Management system i.e. PO Issue, In Yard, Unload, In Receipt, Pending Putaway- Prepare, process and execute outbound shipment tasks such as: Routing initialization for the QC associate, invoicing cartons to a load, and BOL/shipment creation for the loader while adhering to sudden and abrupt prioritization by our partners- Cross-train and perform in on-the-dock duties such as processing outbounds (QC) and/or security for dispatching- Perform the duties of the RDC Manager when they are not present and monitor the employees’ workload
