As a Former collegiate Track and Field Athlete, I understand the difficult nature of self motivation, initiative and time management. The balance of school, work and sport help create life skills that I use to further myself in my professional career post athletics. I have a passion for fitness and have helped coach many athletes from interdisciplinary sports to success be readying their body as well as their mind to be ready for the higher levels of competition. As a personal trainer and instructor I have learned to instruct as well as motivate different individuals to take control of their health and fitness goals.Another passion of mine since the age of 7 is music. I have over 20+ years of stage and studio experience as well as, 10+ years of producing and songwriting. I have been experience using FL studio, Ableton live, Pro tools and Studio One. I have helped as a performance coach as well being Master of Ceremonies for a many events including Soulhouse live featuring Canadian artist Saukrates as well as a variety of shows and weddings.I would like to use my experience, skills and natural ability to lead and communicate to further help anyone in need to to achieve their goals.
