Brief Synopsis:Dalrymple was employed with the Blairstown Police Department for approximately seven years and has a combined total of approximately eight years of police experience, having begun his career with the West Conshohocken Police Department in 2004. Dalrymple joined the Blairstown Police Department in 2006 and subsequently completed training prescribed by the New Jersey Police Training Commission for certification as a Police Officer thereafter.Dalrymple served as a full-time police officer with the Blairstown Police Department assigned to the patrol division. Dalrymple served as a shift supervisor and was responsible for day-to-day operations, department administration, and major crimes investigation. Dalrymple was also responsible for field training of new police officers, evidence management, and a wide variety of other policing activities. Dalrymple served as the Acting Officer-In-Charge of the Blairstown Police Department for the vast majority of 2009 during the absence of the appointed Officer-In-Charge. Dalrymple has successfully completed the five day Driving While Intoxicated/Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Course as well as the Practitioner Training Phase of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests including Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus. Dalrymple was also a certified Alcotest 7110 MKIII-C operator and Alcotest 6510 instructor and operator. To date, Dalrymple has completed over one-hundred (100) SFST and HGN evaluations for both alcohol and drug driving while intoxicated investigations. Dalrymple has actively participated in numerous mobile Driving While Intoxicated enforcement programs as an officer as well as a supervisor and has participated in numerous Warren County Prosecutors Office Narcotics Unit investigations.
