• Create strategy for company’s core product; identified future market trends, analyze competitive landscape, and contrast with customer usage data to create product roadmap• Skillfully solicit feedback from stakeholders (customers, business partners, and internal sources), utilize data for consideration on product strategy, and concisely present to key internal decision makers• Balance customer needs with company profitability by confidently prioritizing development backlog • Manage product release cycles using agile methodologies, author functional specifications, and make tactical scoping, prioritization and design decisions under aggressive timelines

• Managed implementations on over 25 multi-product integrated projects• Standardized processes for gap analysis, statement of work, project workflow, and conversion documentation• Influenced product development through the Product Owner with use of the Agile Scrum Development Methodology • Implemented a custom Mass Appraisal and Tax solution for Coconino County (Flagstaff / Sedona, AZ), our largest client, requiring extensive project management, conversion, configuration, and compliance with state statutes

• Supported the development and installation of five public sector java platform products from beta release through product maturity• Ensured product stability through testing of all software releases as a member of the Q.A. team• Provided technical support for all appraisal/assessment related products for all levels of complexity

• Coached and mentored 35 student athletes from a 5th place finish in 2005 to 2nd in 2006
