At Mt. Barcroft, I, along with other researchers, gathered data on the surface temperature of the moon and searched for meteor trails in the atmosphere using infrared cameras and telescopes. Approximately two terrabytes of data were obtained by the researches at Mt. Barcroft. I then organized the data and wrote Matlab code to analyze the data obtained at Barcroft. This analysis will be essential for the continuing study that is being undertaken by researchers at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and the University of California at Santa Barbara.
