Kyle is an partner at the Hanson Law Group LLP and is concentrated in intellectual property, business law, and representing start-up and entrepreneurial businesses. He is a registered patent attorney at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He assists clients with the entire array of intellectual property (from patents and trade secrets to copyrights and trademarks), business formation and transactions, securities and shareholder agreements, and employment agreements. Kyle also conducts audits of businesses' specific liability concerns and due diligence reviews.Kyle received his J.D. Cum Laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2011. Kyle has served as an intern for Justice David T. Prosser and participated in the founding two years of the Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic at the Wisconsin Law School. Kyle was also a member of a law journal and participated in an Intellectual Property Moot Court competition in Chicago. Kyle received a Bachelor’s of Science degree with Honors in Mathematics and Honors in the Liberal Arts, for what the University calls a Comprehensive Honors degree. Aside from law and entrepreneurship, Kyle worked on the development team at a local software company, and he enjoys dabbling in PHP and even Visual Basic.
