* Lead & mentor team of 13 Space Vehicle AI&T test engineers and Space Segment System Engineering & Integration engineer/SMEs with very detailed functional FSW integration, risk reduction testing and AI&T test product development * Produced, reviewed and presented functional architecture materials to enable the Space Segment to successfully pass its PDR and CDR with significant acclaim from the customer * Developed mission operations products & plans, conducted tests and generated reports for flight-like program validation risk reduction activities including Space Segment demos, Ground Segment demos & System Early Compatibility demos * Responsible for developing and testing flight Space Vehicle Stored Command Sequences and supporting Space Vehicle Recommended Operating Procedure (ROP) & Mathematical Algorithm Requirements (MAR) development for delivery to Ground Segment for production and demonstration needs * Space Segment lead for On Orbit Test (OOT) and Calibrations supporting development of calibration/OOT products and presenting designs & OPSCONs to customer at OOT TEMs * Supported high precision mission activation operations at local factory and international sites during execution phases * Planned & conducted in-depth training exercises across multiple sites with operations personnel in order to enhance mission support readiness in areas such as dynamics, performance analysis, and C&C of system.
