Currently I am working as Project Manager at Ovation Global DMC, Amsterdam office. At Ovation, I have a full time position and am responsible for the organization of ground services for business events, project management, onsite coordination and client relations. This includes the organisation and execution of unique tailor-made incentives, meetings, conferences and events throughout the Netherlands for international customers: tailor made concept development, budgeting, event preparation and execution.Ovation Global DMC is an international destination management company and daughter of the MCI Group, an internationally operating event management company. My tasks and responsibilities as Project Manager at Amsterdam-based Ovation Holland are performed in the Netherlands, mainly Amsterdam.

European network of holiday villages. Handling reservations, cancellations and no-shows. Updating & maintaining relevant administrative and financial records. Accurately completing administrative tasks. Carrying out reception duties and training & developing junior staff.

During this internship several tasks have been completed. Ensure that all requests are competed on time, create products and individual offers for MICE agencies, calculate complete travel arrangements for the MICE industry, negotiate rates and conditions with providers, manage customer relations issues to a satisfactory outcome, assist staff with tasks.
