Covering a growing staff of about 900+, primary responsbility was reporting on project manpower consumption as well as recruitment and staff planning against project budgets and forecasts.Regular reports include:- Monthly manpower and resource planning reporting to management in Israel- Monthly regional performance report covering financial data, staff data, project milestones, etc. for the APAC region head- Weekly recruitment report for the entire MGS APAC division- Weekly timesheet logging report for the entire MGS APAC division
