This involved, via phone and e-mail, seeking out the limiting factor in the customer's ability to make payment toward outstanding balances, and procuring the necessary information and processes required for the outstanding balance to be resolved. Efficient resolution required effective communication between colleagues and customer contacts alike, in order to funnel information properly, and create and complete actionable tasks. I also had the opportunity to compile, analyze, and report data to management and improve processes and efficiencies. Recipient of Mentor Award for training new employee.
