As the Unit Controller for StormwateRx, I was responsible for completing all full cycle accounting functions, including administering and processing payroll and benefits while bringing the companies policies and processes from a being a small business to aligning with new corporate ownership.

As the Unit Controller for Aramark, d/b/a Pacificwild Catering Co., I was responsible for a team of 10 employees across 5 venues. My team was responsible for all day-to-day and month-end accounting functions, including payroll while following SOX and internal company policies. I was also responsible for delivering monthly financials, including variance and trend analysis, to multiple key managers along with quarterly financials to the Metro Commission. Additionally, I was the lead on all internal/external audits and provided ad-hoc analysis to multiple managers across the organization.

As the Accounting Supervisor, I was responsible for a team of 4 that were responsible for processing all accounting transactions across multiple locations. In addition, the Accounting department was responsible for ensuring that student's accounts were properly reflected with all charges and payments, including financial aid, and that each student was up-to-date on their payment plan to be cleared for registration. I was also the lead on all internal/external audits and supported the Director of Finance as needed with special projects including audits, reconciliations, and financial data analysis.

As the assistant manager I was responsible for leading a team of up to 5 people on the sales floor while providing customer service to all customers, including handling of all returns and customer issues, and performed all end of day closing duties.

As the Data Quality Management Project Specialist I was responsible for creating the testing and end user manuals to be used by all field level users when new database functionalities were released.

As the lone staff accountant with BDT Investments I was responsible for performing all functions of AP, AR and sales commission reconciliations.
