Colorado Product is a professional organization founded with a goal of establishing Colorado as the hub of technology product management. Through speaker and panel-based educational events, community development and networking, generation and proliferation of great content, and identification of career opportunities Colorado Product aims to continue the development of great products and product management professionals that the Colorado region is fostering. Kyle was a managing, Senior Product Manager in Twitter’s Data & Enterprise Solutions group, where he lead many of the product initiatives related to Twitter's API platform and data business.

Kyle owns Product Management and its craft for our Email Optimization Platform. He oversees the cohesion of multiple product/service verticals and he is guiding the process and tools used to report the product team’s direction. Kyle is the stabilizing and negotiating hand that ensure teams are operating with synergy and inline with our business direction. Kyle is an enabler, mentor and one who often brings process across the portfolio. He guides, and remove roadblocks while establishing expectations and goals.Kyle provides leadership for the product development process and direction across Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations.

Kyle was the Senior Product Manager for two teams while in this role, the consumer application product manager and the data tools (formerly mailbox provider tools) product manager. As the product manager of the consumer applications at Return Path, Kyle worked to rebrand and launch a mobile shopping assistant (both iOS and Android), Shopami - He refreshed two email productivity apps, Unsubscriber and Organizer and also launched two chrome extensions, Whisker Widget and Notifier for Outlook. Every one of these applications was given a new brand identity, clear market focus, and a product roadmap for future development. Attribution and analytics tools were added to ensure the ROI could be tracked and measured for the business. As the product manager for the data tools teams, Kyle worked to layout a vision for the future of Feedback Loops for all Return Path partners, while highlighting the value of a continued investment in our free sender solutions like senderscore.org. Kyle worked to focus efforts on the products that offered the most value and sunset those products that did not.

At Simple Energy, Kyle was the product team lead. He worked with an incredible team that launched a new utility branded eCommerce solution to compliment the best in class, web engagement platform. Kyle helped define new market opportunities in a way that drive value for customers and the business in a B2B2C model. He played a critical role in managing the eCommerce solution while ensuring the customer experience remained seamless and valuable across the product offering.Kyle worked to standardize a prioritization process and open communication across the organization in a way that enables the free flow of ideas and more importantly the feedback on the mission critical operations of each department.

Technical co-founder of a web start-up that provided a SaaS feedback management system to nonprofit organizations. Assisted in building the company from early concept through launch of the beta product.• Responsible for the design of the user experience, balancing the display of complex statistical information with the demands of a non-technical user base. 100% of beta customers were “satisfied” or “very satisfied” with the site design.• Executed usability testing to validate site workflow and the content presentation. Successfully identified key areas for improvement that ensured report metrics were recognized and understood by customers, empowering them to make important business decisions across multiple areas of their organization. • Recruited and managed numerous freelance web developers, driving to a consistent design, while hitting timelines and keeping costs down.
