I direct a cross-functional Program Management Office (PMO) team of 8, with accountability for all functional responsibilities of the GKG Program Management Office, including oversight and support of program execution; driving continual service improvement (CSI) program; shaping knowledge management; enterprise resource management; contracts management; and providing program management consulting in support of ongoing business development.Highlights:-Challenged by executive leadership with evaluating the entire PMO and identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and improvement around ERP data. -Assessed what was in the system and reviewed contracts and subcontracts, cross-referencing data to identify inaccuracies and inserting new fields to improve the accuracy and timeliness of data.-On track to achieve 100% accuracy by June 2022, up from 15% in 2020.-Built subject matter expertise in the ERP system and how to leverage this across the organization.-Led training and development to expand from using the ERP for financial and accounting to manage the entire contract life cycle, improving operational efficiency by 25 - 30%.-Decreased program management payroll by 10% due to saved labor hours.

Built a new PMO by creating an adoption management strategy leveraging a holistic, systems-thinking approach to ensure transparency and acceptance. I indirectly provided reports supporting the director’s management of a $2.2B programs budget. I was federally mandated to develop a common securitization platform to meet federal oversight of mortgage-backed securities. I developed an integrated master schedule management strategy leveraging Microsoft Project Server to enable progress tracking and executive reporting. I designed a detailed risk management strategy to ensure mitigation and resolution and created a program change management process to manage change and minimize risk.Highlights:-Seamlessly created the PMO by developing processes and procedures for managing the program and platform, introducing sustainable and repeatable processes, KPIs for the program and internal team, and all training.-Improved PM efficiency by 35%. -Created a PMO center of excellence, leading training and education on policies and procedures impacting 1,200 people.-Recruited into a new role to establish the organization’s first formal schedule management practices. -Deployed MS Office Project Server and built schedules from the ground up, improving workflow for 800 people across 12 BUs.-Achieved a fully integrated master schedule in 9 months, creating an accurate and appropriate picture capturing interdependencies across business units and transparency of shared data.

As a Program Manager, I acted as a subject matter expert on Microsoft Project Server and Integrated Master Scheduling to support the Re-engineering America’s Mortgage Partner (RAMP) initiative aimed at streamlining the single-family mortgage securitization process and upgrade to a Common Securitization Platform. I resurrected Microsoft Project Server 2007, defined business requirements, developed a solution incorporating best practices as well as setting enterprise standards. Configured of tools to meet initiative’s schedule management and reporting requirements. He also managed cross-project dependencies between all 85 Call-In Elimination and Securitization program schedules, provided oversight and guidance for for the Call-In Elimination, Securitization, Re-Performing Loans, Servicing, and Out-Of-Region Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity programs.Highlights:• Defined the schedule management practices and standard operating procedures for the firm & practice.• Spearheaded seamless integration of Master Schedule of program with 85 project schedules.• Supported resource loading of schedules to provide FHFA with a detailed resource cost estimate.• Created and delivered tool and process training curriculum and courses for over 200 users.• Extended enterprise-wide support on tool usage and scheduling best practices.• Played a key role in the implementation and deployment of Project Server 2013 and the migration from Project Server 2007 to 2013 platform.• Recipient of 2 All-In awards, 2014 and 2015as well as numerous Beat awards each year.In addition to the above, I carried out weekly health checks and analyzed the outcomes to ensure program schedules met initiative performance requirements.
