At Millennial Brewing, we push the envelope to innovate the craft brewery experience via the tap room, pioneer a brand new membership concept (with amazing success), and constantly strive to craft new and exciting brews. We exist to create a singular community of members that are just as committed to the brewery and the art of brewing as we are. In that way, and as a direct result of its members, Millennial Brewing will be unlike any other brewery in the world.

There are several aspects to my position and all of them are focused on maximizing the efficiency of our clients IT and physical resources. I work with business owners to develop technology strategies that will maximize not only the value of their equipment, but also the productivity of their employees. In addition, I collaborate with my clients to provide long-term technology plans and budgets with specific emphasis on identifying opportunities and areas of potential growth. Oftentimes, small to medium sized businesses do not have the resources required to support the need for a full time CIO. I am pleased to provide these services that are so critical to the survival and growth of most companies. I also act as our clients advocate within Entech and ensure that the support and administrative teams are delivering service aligned with our clients business’ short-term and long-term technology strategies.

Coordinated service to all clients. Monitor and improve technician efficiency through developing and tracking multiple matrices.

Served as a consultant to all faculty members on the integration of technology into their curriculum. Conducted training sessions for faculty groups on a wide range of topics from hardware to university specific applications and software. Sat on committee to improve the Faculty Technology Center on campus and keep on the leading edge of technology.

Served as both lead technician and manager of the data center. Coordinated employee schedules and all server maintenance routines.

Served as lead technician for data center housing over 200 servers.

Provided basic troubleshooting and system maintenance on DMS server farm.
