My responsibilities also include identifying client needs, uncovering potential growth opportunities, and ensuring we continue to provide exceptional service. Additionally, I play a crucial role in supporting and leading new client implementations across the US, contributing to the growth & success of our business.

Built and expanded relationships with existing registered fund, alternative fund, and collective investment trust fund clients, which represented ~$18 million in annual revenue. Served as primary point of contact for clients, initiated conversations to gather deep understanding of clients’ businesses and objectives, demonstrated value adds, and tailored product recommendations to suit clients’ unique needs. Communicated effectively and proactively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations. Onboarded new clients and managed key client projects, including transitioning clients’ business from other providers to SEI. Managed expectations, advocated for clients internally and for SEI externally, and identified/resolved critical issues.

Served as client contact to manage key aspects of the annual administration process, such as assembling and reviewing annual census data, determining eligibility, and preparing plan status reports. Reconciled trust accounting assets of annual valuation retirement plans. Supported clients in responding to 401(k) audit inquiries. Prepared employer contributions; discussed results with plan sponsors and CPAs.

Managed relationships with clients (plan administrators and brokers); addressed, researched, and resolved client service issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction. Communicated compliance testing policies and procedures, ensuring client understanding.

Supported $24 billion mutual fund bank complex as well as a converted $350 million common trust fund bank complex. Led client projects, including shareholder reporting, business analyses, board package preparation, and launches of additional mutual funds and related products.
