Responsible for the global hiring for multiple Google Product areas including Google Research/AI, Google Hardware (I.e. Pixel, Nest, Fitbit), Google Core, and Platforms & Ecosystems (I.e. Chrome, Android Auto, Play Store). Leveraged in-depth business understanding to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, encompassing short-term hiring needs and long-term workforce planning initiatives. Collaborated with global business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational objectives.

* Work closely with the Senior VP, global Heads, and executive leadership teams for talent planning. Identify optimal routes to source and invest in talent; build a continuous, diverse pipeline of future talent.* Define priorities, initiatives, metrics, and deliverables for a team of 9 Senior Managers and an org of ~400 ICs* Conceptualize and deliver the optimal candidate experience. Introduce and immerse future employees into the Google culture with scalable, virtual programs. * Lead the global efforts behind Google’s hiring strategy related to diversity, equity, and inclusion commitments. Equip the global staffing organization with tools to make progress and achieve aspirational diversity hiring goals* Grew the International Women’s Day event series to ~25,000+ women. Oversaw the team responsible for the strategy and execution of global competitions, including Google CodeJam and Google Hashcode reaching ~75,000 global competitors annually.

* Oversee the external outreach and recruiting of ~3,500 FTE and ~4,200 intern hires for Google annually from 800+ universities into 80+ offices.* Developed and executed Student Development programs to increase the enrollment and retention of Computer Science students who are historically underrepresented in Tech. -- Grew the Computer Science Summer Institute (CSSI) by 61% YoY with 23 program sites across 20 states. -- Reached 1000+ CS first-year students through the CSSI suite of programming in 2020. -- Drove the HBCU and HSI Outreach to strengthen the relationship with HBCUs and HSIs, increasing the number of HBCU technical interns in 2020 by 54% and HSI interns by 32.5% since 2018. --Expanded Google In Residence, Faculty In Residence, and theTech Exchange Program to include faculty and students from 12+ HBCUs and HSIs.
