Adaptive Project Manager responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and sustainment of MHS GENESIS Electronic Health Record software at Weed Army Community Hospital, Fort Irwin, CA. Works closely with the Deployment Manager, Training Roles Manager and other Site Integrators daily. Establishes and supports working groups such as the Informatics Steering Committee (ISC) and Supervisor Clinical Change Sessions performing workflow reviews and managing the issues and risks using Start, Stop Continue (SSC) document during the deployment. After Go Live the focus is on issue resolution activities, coordination with the ISC to support clinical business process adoption and report activities. Manages and coordinates all local service tickets associated with MHS GENESIS applications and medical devise connections with Clinical Leads, Technical Solution Owners, and Super Users. Support the clinical informatics team with troubleshoot technical issues related to MHS GENESIS applications and service lines.

Served on the Command Surgeon Staff at Divisional Headquarters supporting thousands of Service Members throughout the Pacific. Supported and planned concurrent and contingent medical operations with NATO allied forces throughout the Pacific area of operations. Served as the Electronic Healthcare Record Commanders Dashboard trainer and account provisionary for all surgeons, physicians, and physician assistants in the Division. Responsible for the installations Operational Inspection Program on all medical support activities. Created and distributed medical support guidance on time and when needed to support combat operations and survivability planning on the battlefield.

Responsible for advising the Commander on Enlisted matters, promotions, professional standards and personnel accountability. Responsible for the health, welfare and development of 135 clinical and administrative staff members over five geographical locations providing Primary Care, Behavioral Health, Acute Care, Physical Therapy, Pediatric, Woman’s Health, Occupational Health, Infection Control, Preventive Medicine, Referral Management and additional support services. Provided the privilege to work with Congressman Sam Farr’s office (Representative for California's 20th districts), the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Army Medical Command supporting medical efforts in building and establishing a joint VA/DoD Level III integrated facility near Fort Ord, CA. The Major General William H. Gourley VA-DoD Outpatient Clinic opened 3 Aug 2017.

Served as an Army Medical Department Noncommissioned Officers Academy Leadership Instructor providing Sergeants, Staff Sergeants and Sergeant First Class with the technical, tactical, and leadership/trainer skills necessary to be successful in Army operations as squad/platoon sergeants and First Sergeants in career management field (CMF) 68. Reinforced leadership and professional skills in a blended learning environment enhanced by technology. Courses consist of resident, mobile training and distributed learning platforms designed to influence and provide the leadership foundation upon which the Army bases its future Medical Non-Commissioned Officers.
