Examined the effect of doxorubicin-induced cardiotoxicity using our SIRT3 mouse model. We investigated the regulation of key mitochondrial genes using rt-qPCR as well as probed for markers of oxidative stress using immunohistochemistry and Ca2+ signaling using Fura-2 imaging.
