People are complex. People have multiple interests. People don’t often like to be pigeonholed into doing just one thing. And I am no different!I live and breathe in the world of higher education, and I utilize my various skillsets and 10+ years of experience in many different ways.Through my consulting work @ Cozen O'Connor and Healy+, I have tapped into regulatory compliance, policy work, auditing, data analytics, training, project management, and client relationship management through the lens of Campus Safety & Security. This role relies heavily on my ability to organize, problem solve, communicate effectively, and utilize that attention to detail in a consistently fast-paced environment. Working alongside leadership at dozens of institutions across the country, I’ve had the opportunity to support schools in their broad efforts to keep their campuses safe. And I’m also a small business owner! As Founder @ CAMBIO, I have the privilege of helping high school students and their families understand the current landscape of higher education, what is most important to consider when choosing majors and schools, and the future of careers and the workforce. This role requires significant drive, determination, resilience, and grit. It also requires a crazy amount of research to keep on top of current trends, but when you love what you do, it’s not work!Through all of these roles, I have great passion for exploring and celebrating the talents, skills, and diversity of others in all that I do. If my background is of interest to you, please feel free to connect!
