As an intern at Carefree RV Restarts, I helped with operations and helped support the administration with daily tasks and functions. I also helped to internally implement a new benchmarking system for Carefree's campgrounds that allowed for the company to see how each campsite measured up to one and other. This system helped improve operations on an individual level, and also helped corporate deal with ongoing problems at sites.
