I am a different breed of recruiter. My ultimate goal is to empower and help others in any way possible. My specialty is opening doors for skilled individuals, who end up breaking them down. As a recruiter, my role is not to get you a job, but it is to connect you with opportunities without having to navigate endless applications or trying to get past an ATS that is looking for buzzword matching. Recruiting in this day and age is done mostly through technology, I use a very old school personal approach that dives deep into your skill set and experiences and allows me to relay them to the hiring manager. With a background in HR, Recruiting and Staffing sales I know how to position your skills and experience in the best way to be called in for an interview. On top of the recruiting, I am an active Networker, aspiring Career Coach and value provider. I try to write and share articles, or statuses that will provide value to the job seeker or employer. My aim is to further everyones knowledge of the hiring process, and get qualified candidates once in a life time opportunities.
