Experience leadership at a global pharmaceutical company to build and lead a multi-disciplinary UX practice which spans a suite of 50+ digital products and applications across their digital manufacturing and supply chain ecosystem. UX Research, design and builds for custom software and integrations to support the shop-floor technicians and operators, all the way through management and executive leadership at manufacturing facilities worldwide.- Banking: Launched an Open API developer portal for a Top 5 national bank, connecting development and product teams to build better experiences for their customers- Finance: Created a streamlined platform for revenue management and fee billing, so fund managers and analysts could gain insights into their products and the market- Insurance: Defined a vision for the future of episodic accident insurance, allowing customers to fully customize their insurance policies and interact with them in new, intuitive ways- Logistics: Modernized the interactions between small businesses and a major shipping and logistics company, creating an easy way for businesses to track, ship and manage their shipments.Formerly Known As: Intuitive Company (acquired Dec 2015)
