Project Manager
Current• Manage multiple successful and concurrent projects ensuring on-time delivery of quality project• Develops trusting relationships with customers over the phone, text, and emails • Partner with customers to develop budget to fit the project identifying appropriate quality resources• Draft and track project budget, considering profit margins, cost control measures, and appropriate suppliers, to stay within budget • Manage up to six employees, tracking their progress across multiple projects; relay project information, provide updates on tasks completed, project progress, and answer questions • Reduced project completion turnaround time by about 30% by reworking project tracking process• Make certain the fabrics and trims are ordered, pull project together for the sewers and oversee to completion. Once complete, ensure the quality of the work before scheduling delivery/pick-up. • Oversee social media presence leading to an increased social media engagement by over 300% • Manage quality control to meet and exceed client expectations and project requirements • Maintain project accounts ensuring the quotes are finished and discussed with the client, payments have been made and processed, work orders are produced; note issues and concerns in account• Provide administrative support including gathering the weekly financial reports and entering into Excel spreadsheet to be sent to the accountant and gathering and organizing completed work orders • Collaborate with distributed locations, communicating with team members via text and phone • Communicate and liaise with various vendor brands located across the US and around the world ensuring the best quality product for our customers
