As Global Lead of the Technology Consulting Practice, I create and maintain delivery and GTM consistency for all Technology services delivered across all geographic regions in which Box Consulting operates. I own all outcomes associated with our individuals' delivery capabilities and quality and bookings performance for all Technical services we deliver. As an Associate Implementation Consultant I act as the liaison between our internal technical resources and our customers while configuring, implementing, and deploying SumTotal’s software applications. I effectively communicate across multiple levels of the organization, proactively resolve issues, and perform engaging demonstrations related to our specific software solutions.
