Current• Responsible for accessing and managing sensitive and confidential data while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and security.• Conduct comprehensive onboarding processes for new employees, including managing new hire paperwork, E-Verify procedures, and entering employee data into the payroll and timekeeping systems. Additionally, provide Paycom tutorials to help new hires acclimate to the company's systems.• Facilitate the exit process for terminated employees, including removing them from payroll records and promptly communicating relevant information to Accounting and Benefits administration.• Perform regular audits on Paycom and conduct annual reviews of physical employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.• Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns and effectively communicating any issues to management.• Manage and update Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports on a monthly basis, providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making.• Administer scheduled communications related to safety and HR. Monthly safety updates and annual HR-specific communications, including anti-discrimination messaging, are part of the responsibilities.• Assist in the preparation of various regulatory required reports, such as those for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and audits to ensure compliance with relevant labor laws.• Collaborate with various external stakeholders and vendors, including local university contacts, Paycom, recruiters, and other HR support providers, to optimize HR processes and resources.• Play a vital role in supporting the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requirements for drug screening on employees listed under the Department of Transportation (DOT).• Responsible for updating the organization chart as needed to reflect changes within the company's structure.
