My team and I develop a sophisticated data visualization and business process automation system that focuses on corporate real estate and is used by clients such as FedEx, IBM, DuPont Pioneer, Comerica Bank, and many others. In addition, we built and currently maintain a CRM system for gathering and converting real estate leads as well as sales process automation and analytics. I interview and make hiring decisions on all employees who enter the company. I also prepare sales proposals aimed towards potential clients and gather positive publicity for the company, such as having us featured in Madison Magazine's "Best Places to Work" issue for 2014.

Created photoshop designs for the eventual redesign of an Advisor facing application. Developed ASP.NET applications. Migrated a website from the Vignette CMS to the newer Publisher CMS. Assisted in the filming and editing of a video series aiming to raise employee awareness of company policies.

Built several web applications with PHP and JavaScript, including a video player, a photo management system, and a chat log system. Digitized and edited videos for professors to use as course materials, as well as performing sound optimization on poor quality audio. Helped administrate Desire2Learn, UW-Whitewater's course management software, and provided high level assistance to professors experiencing technical issues.

Assisted students in the media lab with video editing, image editing, audio software, and working with or converting various types of media. Rented out audio and visual equipment. Printed and laminated posters.
