As Program Manager, I lead the development and execution of innovative short-term programs that enhance professional attainment in fields such as cybersecurity, nonprofit management, and general career readiness. My role involves administering program budgets, facilitating workshops, analyzing survey data, and developing new programmatic initiatives. I currently managing a portfolio of three seminars that serve over 200 participants annually, including a two-week seminar that bring Japanese and U.S. students together to study social problem solving within the U.S.-Japan Council's TOMODACHI Initiative. Additionally, I oversee a cohort of around 120 undergraduate students annuals within TWC's Academic Internship Program, where I facilitate multiple trainings that cover a variety of professional and personal development topics. I coordinate activities across multiple departments, create detailed program schedules, and maintain communication with international partners to ensure program success.

In my role as a Program Advisor, I mentored undergraduate students throughout their semester-long internships, offering guidance on professional dynamics. I maintained detailed records of student attendance and performance, producing comprehensive midterm and final reports. My mentorship aimed to provide students with the insights needed to thrive in their professional journeys.

At the German Marshall Fund of the United States, I served as an Urban Policy Associate, examining urban policy trends in the U.S. and Europe. My responsibilities included coordinating workshops and conferences for policymakers on both continents to share best practices and promote innovation across various issue areas within urban policy. Additionally, I identified potential areas for collaboration between U.S. and European municipalities, contributing to the development of future areas and opportunities for cooperation.
