My role at David Jones consists of; Assisting in sales and marketing, including in promotional activities. Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships. Providing customers with assistance and ordering products from distribution centre. Liaising with brand managers, building knowledge and awareness. Promoting and selling financial products such the David Jones American Express  Managing cash flow and staff rostering functions.  Ensuring that products are merchandised in accordance with David Jones standards.  Providing customer specific information and alternatives.  Conducting independent research and being knowledgeable within a dynamic industry. Attending learning sessions including the recently concluded in-store Expo.
