The main focus of my body of work is upon the origination strategies and implementation of such strategies in order to understand the impact of originations on the company's portfolio and to determine if they align with the corporate strategy of all stakeholders, are favorable to the firm, and fair (within compliance) to the consumer.- Conduct a consistent review of newly introduced technology and its impact on originations, originations strategy impact review, general originations shifts as well as originations portfolio metrics review.- Maintain ongoing communication and partnership with the IT department to introduce risk data metrics into a controlled IT environment for necessary business analytics.- Created and implemented an Underwriter Scorecard to provide clear and transparent oversight of atypical originations, while providing insight to senior management for further development of credit analysts and decision making within underwriting group.
