EDUCATION/TRAINING SEMINARSo Facilitate Seasonal & Basic Training Seminars, ensuring high transfer of knowledge and behavioral change is achieved by engaging learners and meeting learner needs as related to artistry, service and selling skills.o Study and adapt the format of the training seminars to territory needs while maintaining consistency in brand messaging and seasonal priorities.o Book locations, including catering/banquet needs, for all training seminars.o Order and manage inventory of all training supplies, collateral and gratis needed for seminars.o Manage the transportation and set up/tear down of all training collateral.o Coordinate training seminars logistics with AE’s including retailer approval of seminar dates, attendee list, invitations/ directions and travel. o Book seminar travel for self and artists within approved budgets and corporate T&E policies.ARTISTRY DEVELOPMENTo Strengthen implementation of brand’s artistry techniques by continuous teaching of artistry skills to Account Coordinators, Training Coordinators and MUAs.o Proven excellence in makeup artistry and model/ personally demonstrate expert artistry techniques. Exhibit commitment to further mastery of new skills and sharing of learning. o Oversee/ Conduct Basic and Intermediate Artist Certification for Coordinators, Counter Managers and retail MUA. FIELD DEVELOPMENTo Assist AE in recruiting, hiring and retaining top talent AC/ TC/ BM/MUA to meet brand artistry and service standards. Includes interviewing and conducting new hire orientations. o Customize one on one learning sessions with MUA in Top Doors to maximize productivity and close gaps in artistry/ service skills. o Provide positive recognition and identify talent for succession planning.
