Sales Effectiveness Coordinator

Responsible for supporting Cogeco's vision for the Residential Sales channels, to help enhance the Sales and Retention skills of new and existing employees and teams, with the main goal of maximizing ARPU.Analyze Sales statistics to ensure agents and teams are hitting their KPIs and targets. Develop plans with the Training Department to aid them, based on this data.Act as a support for all Sales and Retention channels to hit corporate objectives.Develop and facilitate workshops, job aids, training, and huddles based on channel needs.Provide the strategic direction to Sales Operations for incentives and blitzing while establishing tracking and post mortems.Track and communicate all Marketing communications (DM/UM/email/VMB’s etc) to all sales channels, to ensure agents understand and gain the skills to sell and retain our products.Assist channel affiliates as it pertains to events, incentives, reporting, and channel visits.
