We built the world’s first Shared Talent Network using artificial intelligence to network recruiting teams across top companies, reducing time and cost to hire.As Lead Designer, I played a role in absolutely everything: optimizing landing pages, creating a company-wide design system, running AB testing, producing marketing graphics, building pitch decks, designing our onboarding funnel, building out email notifications and running user testing, just to name a few. I designed our entire B2C desktop web app (geared towards job seekers) and made it mobile friendly. I did the same with our B2B product offerings (aimed at recruiters, augmenting their existing applicant tracking systems).As a Product Engineer, I launched the initial AngularJS version of our web app, writing most of the front-end. As the company grew, my work strayed into Project Manager territory: making key product decisions based on analytics data, writing product specifications, running AB testing and sprints around new product line experiments and helping to manage and coordinate between a talent team of engineers.Stella was a big idea, raising $22m and partnering with 150+ large enterprise companies (including 50 of the Fortune 500). Stella was acquired Spring 2021.
