In this position, I increased productivity 75% by streamlining the order production and tracking process in less than a year.

• Completed 13 Class A (Over $1M equipment loss or loss of life) helicopter, plane, and unmanned aircraft accident investigations in the continental US and Afghanistan during combat operations. Provided lasting solutions to high-risk flight issues, such as pilot-induced spatial disorientation, which became part of the training curriculum and flight standards for all US Army aviation training; saving lives and millions of dollars. Selected to brief senior Pentagon leaders on the results of several aviation accident investigations.

Tightly managed a multi-million-dollar budget resulting in over 2.4 million aircraft movements completed under budget by finding redundancies in command and control efforts, and streamlining controller and tower duties to save and preserve scarce resources.
