- Develop and distribute The Development Model ( A model that is used to help elevate the student employment experience at BYU-Idaho).-Train new supervisors on managing student employees within the HR System Workday.- Consult managers and departments across campus on how to improve the student employment experience.

- Organize and execute student employment campaign to elevate the University President’s initiative- Develop and manage all social media accounts for an employee demographic of over 5,000 employees- Proactively engaged in improving, developing and implementaing workflow processes- Act as a subject-matter expert in regards to the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Affordable Care Act, state labor laws, U.S. I-9, and visa regulations as they pertain to employment

- Created and executed a communication plan for the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system, Workday- Developed all media, including advertising, website management, social media and communication materials- Organized, coordinated, and executed university wide trainings adapted to over 8,000 local and natioinwide employees from the entry to executive levels- Provided training and support in resolving questions and concerns during the time of implementation

- Provided an exceptional guest experiance by going above and beyond through friendliness, customer service, and diligent work ethic- Exceeded customer expectations by promptly solving any issues that arose- Managed accounts recivable by handling all cash and credit card transactions from patrons
