Current- Responsible for representing Great Lakes Hybrids in all aspects of the sale and distribution of seed products to dealers and direct accounts in assigned territory while achieving maximum sales and market penetration of brand- Develop and implement territory sales plan, promote the brand image and marketing programs, provide a communication link for the brand to all customers, develop further marketing opportunities when appropriate- Responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism- Plan, plant, and harvest test plots for yield comparisons and install signs to promote brand awareness
