As a Casablanca server, my job is to ensure the satisfaction of customers. Not only that they enjoy their experience, but their food and service. I work with the front and back of house, as well as ownership, to certify things within the restaurant run smoothly and that all customers are taken care of while within our establishment.

After deciding to take a different path than the typical degree route I have been lucky enough to work at Scout and Pine. I've developed a close relationship with the owner, as the business is very small, and have been able to gain much insight into the responsibilities of owning a small business and create a successful rapport with local customers in a small town setting.

I work within the Bend Parks and Rec system as a REC 2. This meaning that I work in the after school care programs and camps that are provided for the families of the Bend school district.

During my time at Redondo Beach Brewing Company, I wore many hats. I began as a hostess but eventually moved my way into other roles like food running, busing, and serving. I thoroughly enjoyed this job as it was consistent and allowed me to gain much knowledge about the restaurant industry in such a short amount of time.

While working with this company I began as a sales associate at 16, and would later become a sales manager. I worked alongside other managers, company representatives, and coworkers to ensure the prosperity of the Spyder brand in the South Bay.
