My role in this position is to receive and stock product in the store. Additionally, I fulfill customer orders when they are placed and deliver them out to the customers or to the assigned drivers.

As a front desk assistant in the Dean's office of the Engineering & Technology building at Eastern Michigan University, I am required to perform basic customer service skills over the phone and in-person.

As an omni associate, I work hard to provide the best service to our customers. I use a mix of verbal communication and problem-solving skills in order to answer questions, correct mistakes, and explain the JCPenney policies. My responsibilities have often included, but are not limited to, picking orders, packaging orders, using the POS system, accessing the JCP.com website, placing orders, cancelling orders, and resolving customer issues over the phone.
